How to maintain focus and do your best work as a Tattoo Artist

Hello Everyone, thank you for reading my blog, in this blog I would like to touch the subject of keeping focused as a Tattoo Artist in Manchester, in order to do your best work possible. I believe being a tattoo artist, there’s a lot involved in the process, looking after yourself outside of tattooing, can really Affect the outcome of your tattoo.

The best life you have, the best it will be the outcome of your tattoo. Having people around you who bring you inner peace can really help you to become the best tattoo artist. Taking a brake from the tattoo world also can affect your tattoo work in a positive way. Detaching from everyday life is important, to recharge yourself. Recharging, it allows you to reactivate your mind in a positive way. Therefore, it will flourish your mind with new ideas and guide you to the ideas you are meant to act on.

Looking after yourself physically, it can really help with last long sessions in the chair. Doing the opposite of what you are used to do daily can really help with any walks of life. So the opposite to tattooing is to move your body, sitting in the chair for hours and hours it can affect your back, so going to the gym, going for a walk, or finding a way to move your body, it can really have an effect on your body and how you will last in a long tattoo session.

Tattooing is indeed very physical, and the better you are physically the better you will be able to focus on your tattoo, without worrying about lower back problems. I have been tattooing for 18 years, and i defenetly can feel my lower back nowadays, i do take care of myself phisycally nowadays, in order to focus on my work, and enjoy myself more, without having back problems.
